Mrs. Neelakshi Amit Khurana, a promoter of Madhav Infra Projects Limited, disclosed plans for an inter-se transfer of 54,34,764 equity shares of Madhav Infra Projects Limited, representing 2.016% of the company's share capital, via a gift deed, on or after August 12, 2026. The transfer is being executed amongst promoters and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, with no change to the total promoter shareholding.
